NO. the low oil price has something fundamentally scary as the moving factors. what is it?? only the very insider know it and therefore keep feeding oil to market at whatever mkt is willing to buy.

this is akin to dumping to kill the competitor to take market share.

along the way... collect some good half dead oil n gas giant at a fraction of the price.

american knw this game too well. in conjunction with sao di. they will owned all russian oil fields, banks. and some of the rest. but the main dish is Russian. side dish, Iran, desert.. countless choice.

Like any disaster. Once the extent of Impact can be assessed, Only then the market can gain the Bottom and Investor confidence can return. It may takes few quarterly report to assess the impact.

It is Common sense that you cant Buy into market everyday. You might even need some cash to spread out until next year.
