Invest in RMB?

Best is through Integrated Logistic Berhad (ILB)

Reasons:

1) ILB at 69 cents is selling below Net Cash of over 80 cents. Margin of safety.

2) Selling at 62% Discount to NTA (Doubling the Margin of Safety)

3) Its NTA mostly logistic & warehouses in China. So Rise of RMB an added BONUS

4) With Crashing Oil Prices Logistic & Warehousing benefit the MOST.

5) Seeing VALUE Japanese Director bought from 80 to 84 cents.

So If You Want To Invest in RMB - THIS ILB IS YOUR VERY BEST OPTION

Anything below 80 cents is far below intrinsic value!

Since the Focus is on RMB there is another Good One - Rubberex

Rubberex's factories are in China - annual production is 5.6 billion pieces of household & industrial rubber gloves.

As medical gloves are dominated by Malaysian players like Supermax, Hartalega, Kossan & Top Glove in a crowded market Rubberex moved to China in the manufacture of industrial gloves.

Unlike medical gloves that need fresh latex Rubberex has no such constrain. So its gloves are well accepted & exported World wide.

Now with falling Oil price, both synthetic & natural rubber will only get cheaper.

The favourable factors all point to a brighter future for rubberex

1) Save on cheaper material cost

2) Save on transport cost

3) Stronger RMB equals higher rate of exchange to ringgit.

4) Rubberex also pay a dividend.

5) Sensing great prospect ahead Insiders are also buying & buying on the quiet.

Rubberex still a laggard yet to be discovered by the market.
