unlikely. he's too prideful. he started AA india. How foolish is that! Lets be realistic. If he'd be humble an admitted his mistakes earlier, AA wouldn't be in this mess.

Air Asia is flying into a world contracting and deflating environment. In short, it is flying into unchartered water. It will be tough to get out unharmed. Exciting times is coming.

don't understand why AA is getting USD loan for aircraft financing when their business income in local currencies

no choice. USD is a reserve currency and default funding currecy. It would have been the only way to buy aircraft back then. Even today, USD is still default option for pricing most international contracts.

I will buy IAA IPO Bond definitely....
IAA at the moment is at its sweetest spot.... IAA is at the tail end of its long gestation period... has figured out all its problems... and will breakeven.. register a profit... and doing its IPO soon...
The IPO Bond will collect interest at 6%....while waiting for this to happend... what is not to like??
