the answer is quite obvious.
The one that use his personal money to make himself more money and try his best to keep himself in low profile to avoid being targeted by bad guys.
While the other one is trying to use Icap Bhd to boast his personal high profile so hope more laymen will supply more money for him to earn his commission or management fees in the process of investment.
To make it simple, one is trying to grow his wealth by investing while the other is trying to earn management fees or commission.
