For Helena, I think all sold out by now.

Wait for more coming launches by Sunway Group later. Iskandar has boomed & boomed since year 2013.

And it will be the best Growing Region for the next 20 more years to come when HSR is finally here.

As for the 2 storey house in Taman Midah price should cross Rm1 million mark when Bandar Malaysia's HSR HUB Is Finally Up.
