38 years old still paying PTPTN RM210 monthly? Wonder how much her husband study fees. Why both husband and wife EPF so low but holding load of cash, is it they got paid under RM 3000 for long time and suddenly jump RM9000 ?
The wife also said not looking for over RM 4000 job, sounds like work high pay before. So my thought is they both work in sales sector like property agent or insurance agent...
No offense but I think they need to invest at least RM100k to stock market and should be easily get 10% returns such as buying PBE or MB, the issue dividends also much higher.
I assume she were high educated and have certain knowledge about numbers, since she jobless now why not try study investment and try make some bargain in stock market, she might not even have to find a boring job and got more time to take care children.

Yes, I think she should learn how to invest and trade in share market, use cash rm100k to get 4 percent monthly return is not difficult.
No result.

Ya, donno what they think.
At one thought you want to be retire earlier & financial freedom, at another thought you plan to buy a bigger house for own stay, and increase your debt again.
So when can you retire?
