可以 理解 EG 對这次筹款的 逼切性, 不然 管理处 也不会开出 一红股一评单 的 优惠。

If an investor not much worry about it 2years ago, why I should worry it now ?
As I said in my comment above, that's my view.
It never a new mimic for EG in this debt constraints.
As long as they growth their biz, income rise steadily. ..
Of course, will happy to see Eg furthur pare down the debt given their still high financial cost about 10mil anually.
