last time many of their sales rely on "tricking" customers into buying by ticking the buy insurance option. now this has been outlawed so they have lost massive amount of sales. this is the single biggest issue that has happened to Tune in the past 1 year. if the blogger doesn't know about it then they probably don't know much about the company anyway

Those take AA or AAX are people that looking for lowest spending on flights, they will try to take least charge possible.
Travel insurance to these people is not a "MUST HAVE" item. Indeed, it is a "EXTRA COST" item.
