Should the Proposed Listing materialise, it will constitute a deemed disposal by the Company
arising from the dilution of PCB’s equity interest in PIL by approximately 29.50% from 92.60%
as at 30 August 2017, being the latest practicable date prior to the date of this announcement
(“LPD”), to approximately 63.10% .
