He use his tweets like, "trade deal expected in 3 weeks" for the sole purpose of reversing the US stockmart slide. He himself knows that there will be no trade deal in the end.

That will be a big problem for investors. Everybody buys in anticipation of a successful trade deal. And suddenly, this joker says there is no trade deal n in reality, a ruse to damage China.
