Profit surge correlate to bullish gold price surge. At the last quarter of 2020 gold price flat, think profit won’t be so nice anymore. Unless another gold price uptrend.One big local fund keep selling shares to cash on at this situation...

TOMEI Target Price 2.40

Fundamental Analysis
1. Enclosed is the FA report for your perusal.
2. EPS growth is 154%, Tomei is trading at a low PER of 5.25.
3. Free cash flow = 78% of net profit which is very high.
4. ROE = 9.7% which is acceptable.
5. EV/EBIT = 7.19 is very good.

8. The Q3 2020 result is very good. EPS = 9.82 cents per quarter.
9. Gold price per ounce today is USD 1,867 which is still high, I expect Q4 2020 result to be good too.

Recommendation
1. I believe fundamental of Tomei is very good, I expect good Q4 2020 result too.
2. Based on my FA report, the target price is 2.40.
3. Based on technical chart, the highest share price of Tomei was at 1.88 traded on 10/8/2020.
4. Even I take the target price at 1.88, recommend to buy at breakout price of 0.85, the potential gain is 121%.
5. The only setback on this stock is low trading volume. If Malaysia stock market in 2021 is active and also a bull market, I believe Tomei will perform very well in 2021.

Is good to buy Tomei now. Price will explode. Current Tomei price 0.915 to target price 2.40, potential gain 162%.
