JAPAN ...IS the STOOGE for the US. After Japan loss the 2 WW ... many of Japan govn policies has been Crafted around helping US and to be US arm/manufacturing/industry and Financial Backing of the US$$. Else US would had huge problems in the 1970 ( oil Crises ) , 1980 Financial Crisis , etc .
