The buck stops here, 1st captain should take full responbility, resign.....no need to tai chi to subordinates. i work in this working culture, always push to subordinates....boss co-incident SIN...knows very well SIN's style ma. wakaka

It is Smart move of Spore PM to identify 3 good potential candidates & eventually chose 1 out standing to be PM loh!
