@OrlandoOilSemiconT. Its GN3 and not GN13.
You better find more infos about this issue. Better get true infos based on what happened recently to the company after the company triggered with MUGC (GN3/PN17 listed issuer) but has been given relief.

There are several developments relating to this GN3 issue up to now, but for me, its non-issue anymore for Nexgram.

Their FA getting better, not triggered any MUGC (GN3 listed issuer) in FY2020 until now and the proposed capital reduction has been approved to make sure Nexgram will be free from GN3 when the company's relief period lasted.

Nexgram tak akan listed as GN3 kerana:
1. Capital reduction telah lulus, boleh membantu kerana tiada lagi accumulated losses dalam akaun.

2. Nexgram's share holders equity on consolidated basis of its shares (excluding treasury shares)
pada QR2 2021 sudah semakin baik dan berada pada 56.27 %. Tiada lagi MUGC baru pada tahun kewangan 2020 sehingga kini kerana Nexgram's share holders equity on consolidated basis of its shares (excluding treasury shares) telah melepasi 50%, dengan itu Nexgram boleh terlepas dari GN3.

3. QR2 2021 sudah positif, harap-harap QR seterusnya positif dan ianya akan meningkatkan lagi

Untuk pengetahuan awak, officially sekarang Nexgram tidak dilist dalam senarai GN3 kerana telah diberi relief. Selepas masa relief, Nexgram akan dinilai semula dan jika ia tiada lagi dikenakan MUGC, maka ia boleh lepas dari di list dalam senarai GN3.

I missed to attend the AGM.
But as I understand, the charge to download TracVirus APP and using the SafeTravelPass is FOC - Free of Charge.

The real revenues for the company which operates the systems are from the related services to the systems related to COVID-19 tests, quarantine accommodation arrangement and other fees or commissions charged to every travelers passing Malaysia airports and borders who use vaccine passport services and other digital services.

ALL TRAVELERS are REQUIRED to register with TracAPM (which was integrated with SafeTravelPass), therefore the SafeTravelPass system The official booking web site for Covid-19 check-in, health test and quarantine facilitation recognise by TracAPM. (Please refer: https://tracapm.com/)

Let us imagine the business opportunity grabbed by Nexgram, as per 2019 statistics, there were around 26.1 million border traffic passing Malaysian borders.

Just to give you a scenario about the significant of TracAPM- SafeTravelPass business to Nexgram.

1. Let us assume that for Nexgram's FY 2021, the total inbound travellers to Malaysia will decrease to 1.5 milion only (Assumption done based on statistics from January - September 2020 which was 1.73 mil inbound travelers coming into Malaysia).

2. Let say only 40% of inbound travelers used TracAPM-SafeTravelPass system while traveling into Malaysia. (Assumption done based on the TracAPM- SafeTravelpass started their operations from 24 March 2021). Therefore, the total inbound travelers who use the Nexgram's system accounted in Nexgram's FY 2021 will be 600,000 persons.

3. Let say that the cost incurred to each inbound travelers to undergo PCR & RTK test, quarantine and operations is RM2,945. (Assumption done based on the average cost counted on Malaysian inbound travelers RM1,580 and foreigner inbound travelers (RM4,310).

4. Let say the commission earned by Nexgram is 3% of the total cost charged for every inbound traveler.

Therefore, the total revenue can be earned by Nexgram in FY 2021 from this TracAPM - SafeTravelPass business = 600,000 persons X RM2,945 x 3% = RM53,010,000.


Nexgram's business not solely depended on TracAPM - TracVirus SafeTravelPass related business. It’s also can generate revenue from other healthcare business, namely Covid-19 Test Kits (providing TracVirus Covid-19 related services and distribution of Covid-19 test kits which are approved by MKN/MOH and agreement with MTC), sales of medical gloves and gown (contract with MAPU in Indonesia), sales of plastic's used in healthcare (manufacturing of medical plastic products by subsidiary - Arita Plastic) and another sources of revenue, namely from the RM118 mil Subcontract of the Gua Musang Highway, logistics operation and ICT business.

Therefore, I CONCLUDED THAT MY TARGET FOR NEXGRAM'S FY 2021 revenue WILL BE MORE THAN 100 MILIONS.*

Nexgram unit gets govt nod to operate SafeTravelPass Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR (July 27): Nexgram Holdings Bhd’s 51%-owned subsidiary, Tri-G Technologies Sdn Bhd (Tri-G), has received an operation notification letter from the government for the implementation of the Covid-19 quarantine process using the TracAPM digital system.

In a stock exchange filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Nexgram said the TracAPM registration system, or better known as SafeTravelPass Malaysia, is the country’s official portal for Covid-19 entry registry and the booking of quarantine hotels.

“Tri-G is also authorised by Malaysia’s government for the handling of bookings and payments under business-to-business arrangements for all standard and premium private hotels nationwide,” the company said.
