Baguslah , nanti dapatlah malaysia keluarkan Dr ramai lagi sebab peluang kerja ada didalam dan diluar negara. banyak dr hanya jadikan Hospital kerajaan sebagai batu lompatan, setelah dapat kelayakkan pakar dengan bisiswa mereka akan ke swasta untuk dapat gaji yg lebih tinggi .. dan untuk itu hospital swasta mengenakan fees yg tak masuk akal, mahal hanya yg kayangan sahaja yg mampu. Nasib baik ramai juga dr-dr yg bekerja dengan kerajaan untuk rakyat.

Blame the government lar, who else? Why they allow so many private medic school to set up one after another, and they themselves also set up med faculty in many public universities. As a result, too many doctors flooded in the government hospitals waiting to do the compulsory housemanship, and almost all of them hope to be absorb into public service bcoz of job security, at the end gov can't take even half of them...Reduce the med college.
