He is being too optimistic. Many businesses have closed, those that are open can barely sustain, many people have become bankrupt or will be made bankrupts, many foreclosures are in the cards, and yet he is singing a different tune. Does he go to the ground and see for himself or is he just hiding behind fantastic wrongly projected figures or misinterpreting what he is seeing
