why not just tell me here as u can also reach out to the public for your informed knowledge as many are mis-understood you for your recently irrelevant posts in regard to the plantation sector.

Am i right to say that THPlant cannot perform well is due to the dividend payout was too little?
I noticed that THPlant debts level is the highest among the plantation stocks....
btw i don't know why and how it is going to affect the corpoarate...

to be frank i am just trying to dig more infor from Mr Calvin....haha

you are correct on both counts

Thplant's dividends currently among the lowest plus it's debts about Rm730 millions not counting sukuk loans

but do you notice these?

bplant also got similar amount of high debts near Rm800 millions

Jtiasa managed to pare down it's debts from Rm1.2 Billions to only Rm93 millions

Tsh did even better. It slashed it's debts from Rm1.46 Billions to only Rm77 millions

As for Bplants it's land assets are the largest among all at 240,000 acres or 1.3 x Spore land areas of 180,000 acres

Thplant just need to sell a little over 7 plots of lands in Sarawak and it will more than cover all debts and then become cash rich as well

So see deeper into its value unlocking potential
