1. Go work in Singapore for same set of skill you have but you will get paid in same amount but different in exchange rates

Example
If you work as Bank Teller in Malaysia for Rm3,000 you will also get $3,000 in Spore
Converted to ringgit it will be Rm10,500 for the same type of work

Now try to live in johor to get 3rd world cost
In this case you get 1st world wages but live at 3rd world cost

After 10 years of hardwork and saving you can retire for life in your kampung

Better still
Go work in Spore and buy a landed single storey house in Johor for Rm500k
Best if you can get below Rm500k to Rm420k

And hold for 5 to 10 years

Prices bound to go up in future

Current new single storey house in Seletar Spore for sale at S$3.6 Millions of Rm12.6 Millions

So one similar single storey house in Singapore is worth 25.2 units of similar single storey houses in Johor

How not to go up higher in prices long term for landed single storey houses in Johor

Currently in Malaysia single storey houses in greenlane, Penang is Rm950,000 and in Bangsar Park, Kl is Rm1.3 millions

See in 3 to 5 years time Johor single storey houses can rise from Rm500k to over take them
