palm oil went up during 1997/8 Asian Financial crisis

palm oil also did extremely well during Subprime crisis of 2008/9

First thing in the morning you meet palm oil

you brush teeth with

yes Tsh originally started with Cocoa but later changed to oil palm like jtiasa changed from timber to palm oil

Now i see you also like gold
For Tsh it has huge 94,700 acres of "gold mine" lands in Ikn Nusantara or as big as 52% of Spore land area 180,000 acres

Plus the cost of Tsh lands here were purchased 16 years ago at the rock bottom price of Rm5000 per acre or 11 cent per sq ft. Now these lands have appreciated to over Rm1 million per acre or Rm27.60 psf

The undervaluation is simply astounding
Many in Eagle group are selling others to buy Tsh
Some even sell Jtiasa to buy Tsh
