Hi Guys,

I have An Investment Approach I which I would like to all.

Dear Investors of i3 Forum (Please read to the end as we typing now!)

In year 2008 Due to NINJA Loans of Subprime Lending in USA many people went Bankrupt and later Banks like Washington Mutual, Bear Sterns & Lehman Brothers with 100 years history also collapsed!

What constitute NINJA Loans

It is No Income, No Jobs & No Assets

These are Borrowers with the Title Called NINJA Loan Borrowers which later unable to sell or pay Loan installment leading to foreclosure & force sale of Assets. Even after Force sale of Assets the Investment Banks also became insolvent and gone burst as well

It was a time of bankruptcies & layoffs

Now in Bursa De Casino we have there Subprime Stocks that WENT LIMIT DOWN!

Let's see

Benjamin Graham the Father of Value Investing said

When you buy a Stock make sure you don't pay more than 70% of the NTA

the 30% extra discount is your margin of safety

Well said

When you walk into a bank to borrow money they want 2 things

1. Your 3 months Salary Slip

They will benchmark your loan monthly payment not more than 1/3 of your salary

Like this

If you want to borrow and your monthly loan payment is Rm3,000 you need to have a Salary or Income of at least Rm9,000

Or else you will NOT GET THE LOAN APPROVED

2. THEY REQUIRE ASSETS ARE COLLATERAL

If you buy a House they will give a Loan up to 70% of the House

In case you cannot pay they can seize that house and auction it off to settle your loan

So Banks want Safety in Lending

Careless Banks that failed to observe these rules gave loans to Subprime NINJA Borrowers

No Income (Or not enough Income)

No job (No real profitable business or employment)

No Assets (Or Assets backing insufficient)

So we see WIDID chased up like NINJA stock to

Why is 🌴🌴🌴
palm oil very safe leh?

Answer:

Fcpo now Rm3,994
cost of Cpo production only Rm2,000

so there is almost 100% gross profit

no other industry even electronic & electrical, oil and gas, chemical, property, construction, utilities or any other business can give you 100% gross profit like 🌴🌴🌴 now !!

calvintaneng

Strongest reasons why palm oil very very very safe

palm oil went up during 1997/8 Asian Financial crisis

palm oil also did extremely well during Subprime crisis of 2008/9

First thing in the morning you meet palm oil

you brush teeth with

Colgate palm oil and olive

8 billion people will brush teeth with palm oil used in Colgate twice a day / night

no escape

calvintaneng

everything you eat got palm oil

bread, biscuit, teh tarik creamer, Malaysian made milo (lots of palm oil)
maggee mee (15% palm oil)

when you wash clothes you use detergent made from palm oil

when you cook food you use palm oil

McDonald
pizza hut
Kfc
Domino pizza
A&W

Calvin comments:

According to Dr. Neoh, "A dividend yield of 12 per cent seems to be the floor below which most stocks will not drop".

In the Deepest Depth of the Lehman Brothers' Crisis after Bear Sterns & Lehman Brothers both gone bankrupt Warren Buffet bought into the safety of Goldman Sachs' Preference shares with guaranteed 10% yield.

Now take heed to Dr. Neoh's warning, "In sharp contrast, shares which pay low or no dividend at all do not seem to have any bottom and price decline can hit 90 per cent or more".

The characteristic of past bear markets like the Tulip Mania, The South Sea Bubble, The Great Depression of 1930s in USA, the Stock Market Rout of Asian Finacial Crisis in 1997/8 and The Lehman Brothers' Debacle of 2007/8 have witnessed many stocks & index crashing up to 90% or more.

PUMPING NINJA STOCKS & THE GREATER FOOL ARE THE SAME!!

We are all at a wonderful ball where champagne sparkles in every glass and soft laughter falls upon the summer air. We know, by the rules, that at some moment, terrorists will burst in through the terrace doors, killing many and scattering the survivors. Those who leave early will be saved, but the ball is so splendid that no one wants to leave while there is still time. Everyone wants to enjoy one more dance and sip one more glass of champagne. So everyone kept asking: "What time is it? What time is it?" We look around and find that all the clocks have no hands.

This may be a surrealist's way of describing the stock market but Goodman's parable has a great deal of truth in it. Of course, we know that in every speculative boom of the past, the 'terrorists' did come when most of the guests were still enjoying themselves at the ball. As 'Adam Smith' implies, nobody knows when a speculative boom will end but end it must for that is the rule. At every speculative boom, not many of the small speculators escaped with their gains made on the way up. Most of the smaller speculators known to me eventually lost all their gains and much more than what has been gained.

Some even lost a large part of their original capital. Thus on the next occassion when you happen to find yourselves at this type of a ball, try to leave early. The problem is that once one is caught up in the fun and games of the party, one is apt to lose touch with reality. Chances are that believers of the Greater Fool Theory will hang on to the bitter end, only to be slaughtered. It is better to miss a few dances or a few glasses of champagne than lose one's life.

In concluding this section, an anecdote about Bernarde Baruch, generally acknowledged to be the greatest stock traders of the 1920s is related. He was once asked how it was that he remained so rich while many of his contemporaries had declared bankrupt. This was his splendid answer: 'I always sold too early.'

I like your TSH bcos it got cocoa business n cocoa price is now super high.

calvintaneng

Ahbah so clever!

yes Tsh originally started with Cocoa but later changed to oil palm like jtiasa changed from timber to palm oil

Now i see you also like gold
For Tsh it has huge 94,700 acres of "gold mine" lands in Ikn Nusantara or as big as 52% of Spore land area 180,000 acres

Plus the cost of Tsh lands here were purchased 16 years ago at the rock bottom price of Rm5000 per acre or 11 cent per sq ft. Now these lands have appreciated to over Rm1 million per acre or Rm27.60 psf

The undervaluation is simply astounding
Many in Eagle group are selling others to buy Tsh
Some even sell Jtiasa to buy Tsh
