Delay in the release of the MACC findings may have eroded the valuation of YTL POWER.
Why is the delay? Shouldn't shareholders take a class action against MACC?

Investigation has started almost two months already. It is tedious and technical, investigation may take longer time by going through every schools related to the 1Bestarinet project.
