No all has E wallet lah like in Sabah ＆ swak!
It's better like PM Tun Badawi time, subsidy paid through POS Msia counter.
Gov please don't use E wallet, give option for paying through POS Msia lah。
You wants to get lost in swak state coming election ker?

Income sifu ， to get subsidy need to buy handphone and internet services. Money received not enough to pay monthly subscription....
