Reference is made to the prospectus of KJTS dated 5 January 2024 ("Prospectus"). Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Prospectus.


On behalf of the Board, Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the LTIP has taken effect on 23 January 2024 after obtaining all required approvals and complying with the relevant provisions of the Listing Requirements.
