Cybert should not have wasted so much money and resources in producing a very thick booklet on the latest report. A lot of money could be saved for the company if the management is smart.

脱离GN3公司行列 刺激Parlo一度大涨210%

（吉隆坡18日讯）Parlo Bhd脱离大马交易所GN3公司行列，刺激该股一度大涨21仙或210%，至31仙。

Parlo前称Cybertowers Bhd，为车辆跟踪系统供应商。

截至中午12点27分，Parlo报18仙，涨8仙或80%，约2135万股易手，为马股第八大上升股。

公司昨日向大马交易所报备，公司已经调整了财务状况和营运水平，不再触犯创业板上市条例GN3第2.1条文。

“考量所有事实和情况后，马交所已经批准Parlo脱离GN3的申请。”

因此，Parlo从今早9点正起，正式脱离GN3公司行列，并恢复交易。

根据文告，马交所于2013年10月31日把Cybertowers列入GN3公司行列。

2016年1月19日，马交所拒绝了Cybertowers提出需要更多时间提呈新重组计划的申请后，勒令后者从2016年1月28日起暂停交易，并于同年2月2日除牌。

Cybertowers向马交所提出上诉后，于同年1月27日获马交所批准延迟除牌。Cybertowers也要求马交所批准延迟提呈新重组计划，并于3月8日获得马交所放行，允许其最迟在同年4月29日呈交重组计划。

今年9月20日，Cybertowers宣布已经在9月18日易名为Parlo。
