　該公司今日向馬證交所報備，卡瑪魯查曼正式辭去職務，目前仍握有公司371萬4285股持股。

　除了美全，卡瑪魯查曼也在馬股其他上市公司擔任董事，包括民泰近電（BINTAI，6998，主要板貿易）非執行主席、EMASKIARA工業（EKIB，7189，主要板貿易）及和合建築（HOHUP，5169，主要板建築）執行主席。

　美全執行副主席拿督阿都甘尼及獨立非執行董事莫哈末卡瑪早在上週一（17日）離職，挑戰派4人即廖志厚、華總副義務總秘書拿督陳耀星博士、林有良和王偉平，則受委進入董事局。

　廖志厚等人挑戰派于21日正式入主成為當權派，雖然阿都甘尼已正式辭職，不過他仍持有美全10.71%股權。

　美全今日平盤11.5仙開盤，休市時掛11.5仙，交投103萬4000股；今日閉市，該股收11.5仙，成交量306萬900股。
