（吉隆坡10日讯）Systech有限公司（SYSTECH，0050，创来板）放眼在截至2015年和16年3月31日止财政年创下双位数收益和盈利成长，主要是拜新收入来源和扩充现有电子商务方案业务所赐。

Systech公司透过子公司Syscatech私人有限公司，从事主要为多层次行销公司设计、发展、客制化和履行智慧产权软件方案。它也经由Mobysys私人有限公司发展零售和特许权经营和管理需求的专利软件。

其首席执行员兼单一最大股东陈雷门（译音）表示，该集团计划建立一个第三收入来源，投资于提供新保安方案和智慧型大型数据分析，以避免电脑黑客。

陈氏透过Leinet科技有限公司，控制Systech公司的56.94%股权。

他说：“我们进军新领域的原因是根据我们在多层次行销的经验，重要数据如红利计算都无法解决。”

Systech公司将在其终端方案下，推广其现有多层次行销客户利用其新网络保安配套。

它也计划放眼本地中小型企业，以及跨国公司，以提供上述新方案。

“我们希望于未来3个月内启动这个新部门。目前，我们处于初步阶段，探讨行销、价格和建立一个团队。”

Syscatech和Mobysys现分别贡献集团收益的56%和35%。陈氏希望新部门可在2016财政年带来三分之一的收益贡献。

“自我们于2011年倒置收购Viztel方案有限公司上市以来，我们已经积极多元化资讯科技领域内的产品。”

与此同时，陈氏预期该集团的收益将于2016财政年触及1000万令吉大关。

Systech company under its terminal program, multi-level marketing to promote their existing customers using its new network security support.

It also plans to look to local small and medium enterprises, as well as multinational companies to provide these new programs.

"We want to start this new department within the next three months. Currently, we are in the preliminary stage, to explore marketing, price and build a team."

Syscatech and Mobysys now contribute 56%, respectively, and 35% of Group revenue. Chen hopes that the new department will bring in a third of the 2016 fiscal year revenue contribution.

"Since our acquisition Viztel inverted Solutions Limited is listed on the 2011 years, we have been actively diversified products in the field of information technology."

At the same time, Chen is expected that the Group's fiscal year 2016 earnings will reach 10 million ringgit mark.
