Loss after tax
The Group recorded a loss after tax of RM10.94 million for the three (3) months ended 30 June 2021
as compared to loss after tax of RM1.82 million for the preceding corresponding financial quarter.
The increase in loss after tax was mainly due to the impairment loss on solar plant RM3.00 million,
share based payment amounted to RM7.62 million incurred during the current financial quarter
pursuant to the revised valuation report of ESOS granted (RM4.17 million) and additional ESOS
offered (RM3.45 million).

Is it ESOS means company just give the free share to the staff or just the options to the staff to subscribe it or not?
