VSOLAR GROUP BERHAD (THE "COMPANY" or "VSOLAR") - EMPLOYEES SHARE OPTION SCHEME ("ESOS")

Pursuant to Rule 9.19(51) of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ACE Market Listing Requirements, the Company wishes to announce that Vsolar has on 16 November 2021 offered a total of 170,000,000 share options at the option price of RM0.0125 to eligible employees of Vsolar in accordance with the By-Laws of the ESOS. The details of the offer of share options are as follows:

(a) Date of Offer : 16 November 2021
(b) Number of shares offered : 170,000,000
(c) Exercise price of shares offered : RM0.0125
(d) Closing price of Vsolar’s Shares on the date of the Offer : RM0.015
(e) Number of Shares offered to the Company’s Directors under the ESOS :
(i) Encik Khairul Azwan bin Harun -
(ii) Mr. Koo Kien Yoon -
(iii) Encik Abdul Menon bin Arsad @ Abdul Manan bin Arshad -
(iv) Mr. Ng Chee Kin -
(v) Mr. Chuah Hoon Hong -
(f) Vesting period of the Shares offered : The Options are vested on the Offer Date.

you can see the price .01/.015 this price is controlled at this level. If 0.02 is done. it will sure be only 100shares. same old tactic they use in all penny stock

Be careful.

Directors have power to propose shares consolidation to trim the fats off the total issued shares and then follow by rights issue exercise that requires shareholders to fork out money to donate to their fund raising exercise.

Consolidate with excuse to trim down large NOSH.. Once smaller they introduce PP with excuse to fund a project... now u have a reason for another round of consolidation...

jkptr you are spot on!. that is what all penny stocks has been doing. once syndicate finish dumping, consolidation is next. guess they should have finish dumping by now
