the insider just use others company funds from RI & PP to buy from each others n slowly sell back to market....for them all is free...oredi repeated since the past year and at end all retailers will stuck in high price only...dont think they will use any own money to buy the shares

With the present techniques i.e. PP, RI & ESOS the company can continue to report losses for umpteen years... and still listed in KLSE.... If they go privatised, those money must come from Bank loans.. sure die not too long if performances were weak...
