在已结束财政年，集团的营业额取得1亿1101万8000令吉，比前期的1亿2124万令吉7000令吉少8.4%，税前盈利743万1000令吉，比前期的税前亏损7470万7000令吉，大有改善，主要是新产业计划做出显著贡献，加上成本控制，以及较少的拨备，促使集团业绩转亏为盈。

VIVOCOM公司是创业板一家上市公司，集团设立于2012年10月8日，当时，Instacom工程私人有限公司完成重组，以及倒置收购I-Power公司，然后易名为Instacom集团有限公司。

2015年，集团多元化业务至建筑与铝设计和制造业，那时收购Neata铝（马）私人有限公司，以及Vivacom企业私人有限公司，较后易名为Vivocom国际控股，以加强集团的品牌印象，更好的反映集团新的焦点，以及准备成为区域建筑集团的意愿，集团已将产业发展设定为核心业务之一，其他领域包括：建筑业、铝制品设计与生产，以及通讯工程业务。

This counter will be less attractive to the new n old investors soon. Reasons : 1. Downtrend too many times after goreng. 2. Big players are set the corner and push the price always in downtrend since it hit at 2.090. 3. Small volume n slow when it was set the corner by big players and force the contra player to stay aside.
