Netx and Fintech subscribed for the excess rights a couple of years ago at 15 sen per share. The subscription monies is still substantially with MLab. To gain control of the money Netx might trigger an Mandatory General Offer (MGO) to take its holdings beyond 50%.

Actually I’m still lose money in mlab. Bought before right issue as well and all the way kept average down till 4 cent then sold some at 6 cent. Then keep average down again till 3.5 cents. My average cost is 7 cents but now sold all between 6.5 cents and 6 cents.
