Karim diverfies his biz and not impossible and not surprise if he ventures into Healthcare/Glove sector, making gloves is not a right choice anymore (just too many, dudes).... well, how about related sector, such as Glove former and ESCERAM ah..ha....!!!

Since ES's glove former business is on track with orders til next year n expansion plan of 2 new properties with full production kick start in 2nd or 3rd quarter of the year, i believe Dato Karim may inject other businesses into ES like what he did to Kpower n SCIB

RM2 is not impossible , current market cap is only 332mil. If we look KPower,SCIB and Serba Dinamik Market cap combined is more than 8billion.

NOSH for Kpower just 4xx million...just below 500 million

SCIB NOSH also same like KPower

So as you can see both share price can smoothly up down.....

Guess what is Esceram NOSH? similar or not?

why would 3 orang....Karim...Rosland....and ROSLI doing openly buying Esceram Share actively.......

possible takeover because NOSH is limited....as what happen to KPower and SCIB...

if above scenario is true......Esceram easily minimum RM1 or up to RM2 lo.

Really wonder what Esceram's management planning to do about the 3 musketeers? Or going to do or they actually do nothing about it?

Musketeers have been buying mother and warrants, also converting warrants.

Look at companies that have Karim as major shareholder like Watta,Serba Dinamik , all have Rosli Bin Hamat as substantial shareholder

so it seems Esceram cannot run away the faith, what next is going to happen, whoever grabbing the majority shares, will be the boss.

which means in short term, there will be extreme fighting in Buying the mother or warrants then converting to mother.
