Genetec's MOU with Thailand's Asia Precision PLC is just a formality for the JV that is already happening.

Thailand's ambition to be number 1 in the EV ecosystem in ASEAN is unmatched by other countries. Just need to google "Thailand EV battery energy storage" and you will see the massive potential for ASEAN's number 1 automotive country.

This new Thai JV essentially eases the worries that Genetec is relying too much on Customer T from USA for its orderbooks.

Setting up factory in Thailand opens new revenue source for Genetec and this would further drive Genetec's earnings for the next few years.

That being said, Customer T is not slowing down either!!
We shall see the progress of this new Thai JV!!
