Please check closely the reason of that particular high deal in previous. I was worked in this company before. What i can tell u is.....buy & keep for long term. This counter no suitable for quick term.

There is something between previous boss & current german major holder. But for investor, who's care! right? ......it still consider cheap to invest for an earning company as the addtional point.
