Well a supporter in Sumatec was expecting RM10 for it's stock value however it dropped to 0.005 and failed to provide QR for many years and no revenue too.

Refer to Q3 report :

Gross profit generated from Revenue = RM 33.4 million become Loss of RM 43.7 million due to sudden surge of Admin expenses Rm73.1 million ( increased of RM 40 million ).

Trade n other receivables = Rm 89.7 million , Trade n other payables = Rm 148.4 million, Next QR will be at LOSS.

PPE = RM 1.4 billion , borrowing n liabilities = RM 830 million , Gearing ratio = 0.6, each year is increase.

And

Nov2019 CPO = 6768 tons , Dec2019 CPO = 6197 tons , reduced 571 tons , reduced monthly revenue = ( 8.4 % ) ( 571 x 2600 ).

Compared with Dec2018 CPO output = 7618 tons , reduced 1421 tons , reduced monthly revenue = ( 18.7 %).

Refer to Thailand rubber estate a portion of the estate have FSC certification. Certain Project tender or country may require company to qualify with Green or FSC requirement COC .

International suit will take many many years 3 to 5 years, seems is very slim chance to win due to FSC sustainability.
