It will also enhance its existing range of Financial Services under stock broking, licenced money lending and General Insurance under its 30% subsidiary Berjaya Sompo. Once a definitive agreement is signed to acquire MCIS Life, BJCorp should break resistant 39? With a 130M cash war chest VT has been steadily acquiring BJLand shares on a daily basis. It's interesting to note that BJLand is now a substantial shareholder in 7Eleven with more 5% share. Will appointment of Anwar loyalist as 7Eleven Chairman & Berjaya Construction Director helps VT to implement his restructuring plan as proposed by Jalil earlier?
