You are just day dreaming my fren. Is not possible for KLSE break into 1800 this year, even 1600 also may not hit. There must be strong back up from the foreign investor, why would they come back to KLSE if this is already one of the worst performing stock market in the region?

Genting Skyworld themepark open 6 days a week open from 11am to 6pm. closed on Tuesday. 42 hours per week. guess the theme park response is much lower than anticipated.

(吉隆坡18日讯）云顶大马（GENM,4715,主板消费产品服务组）在上个月宣布12亿2500万美元脱售迈阿密地皮给当地发展商的交易告吹之后，如今已经收到4份最新报价，其中最高出价超过12亿3000万美元（55亿8420万令吉）。

《彭博社》报道，Avison Young房地产顾问公司的经纪迈克费伊在一份电子邮件中表示，“收到的报价没有中断，甚至高于12亿2500万美元的价格.”

云顶大马在迈阿密地皮共占地15.5英亩，为迈阿密先驱报旧址，是迈阿密市滨滨海区最大的未开发地段之一。

云顶集团在2011年以约2亿3600万美元的价格买下，想在该地兴建赌场。

今年6月22日，云顶大马发文告表示，由发展商大卫马丁（David Martin）领导的SmartCity投资集团要求延长独家期，并寻求修改买卖协议的商业条款。

然而，云顶大马目前无法满足买家的要求，因此买家随后撤回了出价。

尽管如此，云顶大马表示，仍有买家对其迈阿密地皮保持兴趣。

云顶大马指出，其在迈阿密的投资价值在短短逾10年期间增长了约400％，坚信迈阿密市场具有持续的实力和增长。

“云顶大马将审查其他机会，以按原样完成出售迈阿密地皮，同时将继续加强在迈阿密的其他资产。”

云顶大马是在今年4月27日宣布以12亿2500万美元（当时的兑换率为54亿3300万令吉）脱售迈阿密产业，估计可从中获利9亿6700万美元（42亿8900万令吉）。

截至今日上午12时，云顶大马股价平盘报2令吉53仙。

云顶（GENTING,3182,主板消费产品服务组）则跌1仙至4令吉18仙。
