With the Rise of housing starts plus Plywood prices up 60% (Note: Japan plywood prices not the same as USA. While USA plywood prices dropped Japan Plywood prices skyrocketed up due to banning of Russian plywood)

US comforty inflation is 2 to 3% - now is 6 % only. More interest rate is coming n FEd hawkish tone to crush inflation.
Long term investors can continue to hold and cheers on to collect cheap tickets .

“Our economists view the risk of a recession outside Europe in the next 12 months as relatively low,” analysts including Sabine Schels, Jeffrey Currie and Damien Courvalin wrote in a note. “With oil the commodity of last resort in an era of severe energy shortages, we believe the pullback in the entire oil complex provides an attractive entry point for long-only investments.”

If this d fifth wave of lower timeframe (15 minutes)
If so, pullback likely to be short.
Next it will goes sideway for a long times( week) due 2 interest rate hike.
Meantime can goes for gold trading or physical gold - preparation to takeoff...

Frankly SOP is the better plantation stock but bcoz it pays only 4 sen while Taan 15 sen. Taan has atttraced investors looking for high div stock. I have said earlier people are cash hungry irrespective which is better for the longer term !
