if something wrong ? why the shareholder disposed the share price still up? something still brewing ...based on ta view , sub wave 5 , it is still bullish phase , TP 0.80 ... happy trading
My final stop point is 74s n above is extension. Meaning end of the wave. I maybe wrong at looking the pattern. Then correction starts before to begin the final wave to hit your tp80s. Again, i maybe wrong.
Off market transactions are arrangement between two known parties to contract out a shares transaction which have been agreed beforehand in term of price and quantity of shares. That mean the buyer knows the seller or vice versa. Two possible scenarios may have happened in this case. First, the seller (the directors of Homeriz in this case) is selling at 0.68 to the buyer who maybe a member of a share syndicate, and henceforth the surge in volume and price of Homeriz recently. Second, it may just be a private reorganization exercise by the directors to "park" their shares with a third party who is not bound by the disclosure requirements like themselves. This will make them "stealth" or "invincible" the next time they want to deal anything with the shares, without having to make disclosure.
We have nowhere of knowing who the buyer is unless they have bought at least a 5% stake that requires them to make disclosure statutorily.
Going by the high volume and rise in price of Homeriz now, it may well be the first scenario that is at work here. This said, please exercise your discretion in dealing with this share now that we know a syndicate has entered the ring.
why no one mention there were also off market deals on 28/1/14 and the price rallied after that? so don't worry too much about it....if there's a syndicate even better...then they will goreng it in a big way but of course,we musn't be too greedy or else kena trap in a big way..hehehe...
yesterday disposal of 1m shares is just to increase liquidity(previously very illiquid), even after selling 1m shares, substantial shareholders are still holding 141.679m shares or 70.84% stake. Free float is still below 30%. Homeritz net profit margin is the highest among all furniture stocks at above 15%
The owners can hold 70.84% stake for all we care. Still, with a issued shares base of 200m shares, the free float is still a whopping 58,320,000 shares and yesterday volume of 3.4m shares (one of the most active day in recent memory) is hardly 6% of its free float. You can calculate the velocity from this. The right word to put should be that it is not an illiquid stock, but a thinly traded one.
This retracement can be an opportunity to buy, since its been up for several days and Dow has almost hit 16,000, up 190+ yesterday, so most people are wary of the fact that it may drop heavily back. Our market is just sensitive to that now.
Big lots were transacted at 0.74 to 0.75 in the afternoon, and then immediately trading at 0.73 level. Clear sign of syndicate at play to induce followers (or prey). Beware
