Last time Pakatan fight for fair value of Splash which is RM 3b.
LRT3 is no proven stuff of revenue.. cannot establish fair value..

Splash is proven stuff.. operational and got revenue and asset.. Fair value is fair and good. No less no more.. what is deemed to be transacted will be at RM 3b +/-
