KPS technical chart is super geng and look good already.. Consolidation at price range RM 1.90-RM 1.93 very solid.. Signal of investor holding on to the share, anticipated a high intensity break out, challenging above RM2.

Bought so many "millions" cant push above 2.00. Who sold the shares to him? If this guy bought "millions" the price should up at least 2 cents la with the good market sentiment... Alot of stock is flying at least 5% but KPS with Jjchan's fund support n targetinvest fans support but fly nothing......

Than as our expected, kps, taliwrk will fly
But after fly than what happen to kps and taliwrk?
Because lost their 30% share in splash, meaning that in future their revenue and profit will reduce.

If government pays 0.8, kps will incur loss in p+l. Try to think if ur house is valued at 100k n government pay u 0.8 which is 80k. Do u think this is a good deal? Previously goverment only offered 10k so it is impossible to accept. Profit of kps is mainly contributed by splash. If kps loss the main contribution, soon will follow the footstep of puncak. But the situation is not as vad as puncak. Because kps has other business especially century bond. But century bond is not performing good. Profit keep reducing. The management might not as good as the previous management.

Taliwork will fly high as the debt will be able to settle. Kps might be yes n no as it depends on the value of the government offered. But government has mentioned, it wont use discounted method, so no future earning will be compensated.

Kps is a good company but was ruined by tan sri khalid, who is useless n dishonest guy. He sold jaks at 0.37++, taliwork at loss n khsb at a very cheap price. Taliwork, jaks were bought during previous Chairman during BN. This chairman dato is a very capable. He tried to control all the water related companies, jaks n taliwork under kps. Puncak is also one of the target. But... At the end tan sri khalid sold all his effort because of his own benefit. I suspected tat khalid has earned abnormal profit for these transaction.

The reason given is the retained profit is almost equal to initial investment. Splash has get back the amount tat it has invested.

Concession still got more than 10 years..
300m x pe 10 = 3b
Government get back investment in 10 years,subsequently all is profit for government already.

U see, toll concession also when abolish, need to repay the toll company. What makes any diff for water company like splash. Different treatment ?
