Easily above RM1. The potential buyer has started to acquire the company share since early 2014, if PNE Ind passed the resolution to dispose off its shareholding in the co, I am of the view that the buyer might privatize the company

Nickyeo55, agreed as we dont know who the buyer is but i heard that the new buyer is from different industry. the buyer is keen to take over the company as the balance sheet of PNE is very 'clean' without any borrowing and the only fixed asset (besides machinery & equipment) is the factory in Tebrau.

If this is the news , it will be use for back door listing. I always have the feeling that the buyer is from a very strong new comer involve in property market. This is my own guessing only.
