Climbing 0.005c in every 2 weeks after announcement, drawing more interest evident in Buy queue. Last done yesterday ended at 0.055, 1st week for this price.

Based on recent movement, reaching 0.06 should be matter of week after next, or even earlier. To price Rights Share at 0.085/0.095 to reflect NA value and draw interest to subscribe, market price has to be there to attract. A good and safe option for those who refuse to chase counters that have gained significantly in past 2 weeks.

While market generally in red, 0.055 almost taken up this morning. Looking at buying force, 0.06 can happen this week, may be even today or tomorrow to break 0.06 and move towards 0.1x

Technically, it is a right issue of shares of RM 0.0437, taking into account the following:

Rights shares of RM 0.085
Free warrants of RM 0.015

You add (5/4) of RM 0.015 to subscribtion,
multiply 3.8% of risk free interest rate

technically it is RM 0.100 sen to get 2.2 shares of CME shares.

RM 0.100 / (2.2 * (1+ 3.8%)) = RM 0.0437 per right share

Jaynetan, d 1st major share holder presumably doing jewelaries trades, whilst d 2nd shud b in Birdnest products tradings. Both are 'cash-riched' biz, hence dey can invest n might b holding on for prospective investmns tat dey deemed confidence via private placemn. Cud b realise dier motives to bcome major share holders ony via dier coming share holdings transactions either for long term investmns or for short term speculations. Got to watch out seriously
