& 2017 also about Rm120 million. Take note Duke is in KL City. Ekve is out of KL City, conservative apply 30 discount, then Ekve just make Rm80 million per year. Now, do your math. We haven't count the operating cost n maintenance cost!

EKVE is connecting Silk highway n Duke ... It will solve the connectivity problem n serve much larger community ... Motorists will flow in to avoid stuck in heavy traffic in the city ...

azrb invested a huge sum in kelantan tok bali supply base largely because it know ecrl would be built and enhance the value of tok bali supply base. now ecrl is cancel, difficult for azrb to recover the investment cost.

Remisier also good to hv lor. At least when feeling bosan, can gv him/her a call, chit chat, even invite him/her out for a drink or a snack. x ata busat lugi pinya ini maciam. Gv you good mood, can get some feel of the market mood & perception also.

But cannot depend on remisier only to make decision to buy or sell. This one you hv to make yourself one.

If remisier know everything 100%, can confirm 100% when a stock going to rise or fall, then remisier won't be working as remisier lor. He will be out there, sailing around the world on a holiday cruise ship twice a year lor. Becos he wud be a multi-billionaire lor.

Market only waiting for official confirmation from TM that ECRL remains on track (excuse the pun). Right now, he is only gone on record saying that he is 'still thinking about it'. Come on, fellas, gotta start learning how to 'read between the lines'.

Of course he does not want to admit yet, just out of pride, that PH govt cannot afford to cancel ECRL. Becos that wud make the rakyat of Kelantan, Terengganu & Pahang all reject PH in GE15, in 2023. And rakyat of Johor wud also dump PH & shift allegiance back to BN.

Add to that also, the massive costs of compensation to be paid to China state owned contractor companies.

Ya all just be patient. Official announcement coming soon. Fairly soon.

AZRB is in Constructions ( Bumi contractor will get priority in infrastructure projects ), Oil n Gas, Palm oil plantation, Highway toll concession for 50 yrs, etc ... Mana mau cari lagi ? ... Apa lagi mau ? ... Tunggu saja naik 1.0 -> 2.0 -> 3.0 ...
