It appears that the private placement will be announced soon as the directors were selling their shares to ensure that the public shareholding spread remains above the bursa requirements after the private placement.

Perdana already turning around & making profit. PAT for Q3FY18 was a solid about 6 mil. For Q4FY19, it rose to about 11 mil. What more do you all expect. Perdana is not the size of Dayang, to be making 100 mil per qrtr. Not yet.

I did the same too, when it suddenly shoot up earlier. sold all at 0.33 and shifted to Dayang. Now return much better.
