To take TG private by TanSri is not the best of deals for Bankers. TanSri own( direct) shares about 2billion
shares ( could be his entire life saving ). If you take TG down to 50sen, TanSri's nettworth is 1 billion and
market Value of TG 8bil shares will be RM4bil. No Bankers will match this Huge short fall bcos TG earnings is
falling every month

If TG has a Huge Cash pile then privatise risk will be reduced but TG got little left if Cash raising is not urgently
pursue later this year, next year 2023, many TG project has to be cancelled

exactly. somemore we dont know how many of Tan Sri's shares are pledged. when TG was making crazy money, TG should have pay down all their debt to zero, granted that they did pay down from 2.5B to now 430m.

Tg's equity is wroth RM7B, so let's assume market cap match 1:1 because no more earnings growth and no losses, then TG will go to about 90 cents plus minus....
