CE exercise price 1,20, conversion ratio 1.5.
If today mother shares closed at 2.00, case settlement for CE is (2.00-1.20)/1.5= 0.5333.
If today mother shares closed at 1.95, case settlement for CE is (1.95-1.20)/1.5= 0.5000.

They save 0.0333 x 40,000,000 shares= 1,332,000.

Usually SKP moves with VS in tandem. Today SKP is lagging behind VS, tomorrow SKP should play a catch up game.
