KNM borrowed Euro 330mil to buy Borsig.

Now the new credit facilities is just Euro 220mil, and only Euro 60mil is term loan, the rest is just guarantee facilities.

This is progress, and material for re-rating of KNM.

We know that from the last financial report, KNM has yet to settle the RM 50 millions court case against Mission Biofuels Sdn Bhd. I think KNM could have another new material litigation to report in their up coming financial report..... Or are they in the same case?

Hello Ambani, I am not sure about that. Perhaps Mission "Biofuels" and Mission "Biotechnologies" are the same entity. Anyway, I think it could make an impact if they report it in their quarterly report . I agreed with Risk Trader, we wait.........

KNM has been trading above its upward sloping 20-Day Moving Average which is a good sign. It is important to calculate the risk/reward as the recent upward movement has pushed the price to be quite far from the support level of 0.46.
