KNM is a failing company led by a monkey (now CEO) and known fellon (Lee Swee Eng). Only a fool would support Lee Swee Eng. Unless there is a complete change in management, don't hold your breath in hopes for the stock price to go up. All shareholders should unite and prevent any further ESOS distribution to this crook.

"KNM Group Berhad’s (KNM) Director and CEO, Lee Swee Eng and his inlaw Director Chew Fook Sin who was both Directors of the former Indonesian KNM Subsidiary company PT. Heat Exchangers Indonesia (HEI) along with PT. KPE Industries (another KNM Subsidiary Company), were found guilty by the Supreme Court of Indonesia of Harming Creditors in an attempt to remove assets from a bankrupt company using dubious internally generated related party agreements and transactions. KNM has appealed this decision and lost in a Supreme Court ruling dated February 2016."

"On 29 April 2020, a civil action was initiated against Lee Swee Eng for an alleged breach of section 188(2) of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 (CMSA) in respect of the disposal of KNM Group Berhad shares by Lee Swee Eng."

Compare it with Armada and other companies perceived to be similar.
You can see that KNM has always been shorted and heavily sold. Don't listen to all the idiots claiming TP3.00. There is absolutely nothing to justify even a TP of 0.40.

now knm can up from 0.23 to 0.235 is due to armada.....without armada's goreng wind.....i doubt that knm can move.....this counter really buehkan!

KNM has: Lee Swee Eng (conman, felon), Tan Koon Ping (monkey), Sardin69 (dog that barks everytime KNM goes up 4-6% then disappears when it retreats the day after).

Investors should look at
1. Company growth - revenue is declining
2. Profitability - erratic and considered low compared to those in the same industry
3. CEO - conman, felon convicted of insider trading, still has the nerve to issue ESOS at 1/2 trading price

Why invest in such a company? This is purely a gambling stock. Sad to say that the odds are heavily against you if you decide to go long on this counter.

Did I say dump your shares? I am stating facts. Close one eye, pick any stock and you will succeed in this bull market. Why KNM so heavy and cannot move even when others in the same industry are flying? Why listed on most active but share price not moving?
No need your KNM shares you can keep it. I am here to warn new investors of this fraudulent company, its conman CEO (who mysteriously 'retired' when in actual fact is a felon) and to inform them that there are better opportunities out there.
I use Armada as an example because these two move together through ups and downs.
You can remain delusional and hold your shares.
