I was smart enough to sell DO to buy Vitrox.......makes a huge difference.

didn't like the fact D&O only has 50% of its operating subsidiary.

i lookup the QR, and saw that D&O has consistently expensed R&D in their IS. I'm adding it back because I consider R&D a reinvestment into the company itself. Below is the revised ROE T4Q

if u say LED for automotive, JHM also got do. Someone JHM hit >45% ROE, and D&O is waiting to perform (now 10% ROE).

I'm glad that D&O explicitly stated R&D cost, and 3% sales dedicated to it is already very commending considering how squeezed the profit margin at this stage.

I hope to see the figure pushed to 10% of sales. But that will wait to see if D&O can deliver.

the major customer A (see annual report pg. 123) size dropped significantly. It may tell either (1) D&O tries to diversify its customer base, or (2) Customer A procuring less from D&O, signaling diminishing interest.
